Ingredients:

* 2 large chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 2 large eggs
* 1 tablespoon water
* 1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* Vegetable oil for frying
* 4 crusty hoagie rolls
* 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
* 8 slices mozzarella cheese
* 1/2 cup butter
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
* 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
* 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Pound the chicken breasts slightly until even in thickness.
2. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
3. Place flour in one bowl, whisked eggs with water in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese in a third bowl.
4. Dredge the chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
6. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake at 400°F for 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

_ 1 grinder black peppercorns
_ 1 whole yellow onion
_ 3 potatoes peeled and cubed
_ 3 cloves garlic
_ 1 bag Great Value frozen Sweet Peas
_ 1 bag Great Value frozen Golden Sweet Corn
_ 1 tsp dried herbs

👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions:
1_ Dice yellow onion and mince garlic cloves. Peel and cube potatoes.
2_ In a large shallow stainless steel skillet over medium high heat, brown ground beef until crumbled.

Instructions:

Drain the banana peppers thoroughly. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with paper towels and pat them completely dry. This is the most important step for a crispy coating. While they air-dry, combine the all-purpose flour and seasoned salt in a large zip-top bag and shake well.
Pour about one inch of canola oil into a heavy-bottomed skillet or Dutch oven. Heat over medium-high heat until the oil reaches 350°F. If you don’t have a thermometer, test it by dropping a pinch of flour in the oil; it should sizzle immediately.
Add the dry banana pepper rings to the zip-top bag with the flour mixture. Seal the bag and shake vigorously until every pepper ring is evenly and thoroughly coated.

_ 1 log Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage
_ 1 packet Pioneer Peppered Gravy Mix
_ 4 large eggs
_ 1/4 cup milk
_ 1 tbsp butter

1_ Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a dark baking sheet with white parchment paper.
2_ In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and crumbly. Remove.
3_ Cook bacon until crispy and reddish brown. Crumble into bits.
4_ In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk. Scramble in butter until fluffy and bright yellow.
5_ Combine scrambled eggs, sausage crumbles, bacon bits, and shredded cheddar cheese.
