🍵 Matcha Oreo Cookies with White & Semisweet Chocolate

Soft, gooey cookies with a rich matcha flavor and chunks of chocolate in every bite.

📝 Ingredients :

170 g (¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened

75 g (⅓ cup) brown sugar

100 g (½ cup) granulated sugar

1 large egg + 1 egg yolk

1½ tsp vanilla extract

165 g (1⅓ cups) all-purpose flour

90 g (¾ cup) cake flour

¾ tsp baking soda

2 tsp cornstarch

¼ tsp salt

20 g (~2 tbsp) matcha latte powder

20 g (~3 tbsp) cocoa powder

White & semisweet chocolate chips (to taste)

Oreo pieces (chopped)

👩‍🍳 Instructions :

Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk flours, baking soda, cornstarch, salt, matcha powder, and cocoa powder.

Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.

Fold in chocolate chips and Oreo pieces.

Chill the dough for 30–60 minutes.

Scoop onto a lined baking tray.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.

Cool slightly, then enjoy 🍪✨

Condensed milk
Melted butter
Mixed colorful lollies & sprinkles

Topping:
White chocolate
Coconut oil (or copha)
Extra lollies

Method:
Mix, press into a tin, pour over melted chocolate, decorate, chill until set, slice and enjoy 🍬✨
