**Steak:**
- 1½ lbs steak bites
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
**Cheesy Tortellini:**
- 1 (20 oz) pkg cheese tortellini
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups Parmesan + mozzarella combo
- Black pepper, pinch nutmeg

1. Boil tortellini, set aside.
2. Make Alfredo sauce: butter + cream + cheese. Stir until smooth.
3. Sear steak in garlic butter + thyme until caramelized.
4. Combine tortellini with sauce. Serve with steak on top. Garnish with cracked pepper.

1 pound ground beef (80/20)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add broccoli florets to the skillet with the beef. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is tender.
Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top and cover the skillet. Allow it to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Directions:

1 (15 oz) can Ranch Style beans
1 packet taco seasoning
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
½ cup water
1 (10–12 oz) bag tortilla chips, crushed (use enough to layer, not the whole bag)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
For Serving:
Sour cream

Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the Ro-Tel tomatoes, Ranch Style beans, taco seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and water. Let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes until heated through and well combined.
Assemble the Casserole:
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
