This dish is commonly known as stuffed cabbage rolls, also called Dolma or Sarma (very popular in Turkish/Middle Eastern cuisine).

🥬 Main Ingredients
1 whole cabbage suitable for stuffing
1 tablespoon flour
Hot water for boiling

🥩 Filling Ingredients

500 g ground beef (with some fat)
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Slightly more than ½ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
1 teaspoon sumac
1 cup rice

🥣 Sauce Ingredients

1 small tea glass of vegetable oil (about 100 ml)
1 tablespoon red pepper paste
1 teaspoon dried mint
Hot water
Salt

PREPARATION:
1. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of flour in water and add it to boiling water. Boil the cabbage leaves until they soften.

2.Finely chop the onions, dill, and parsley. Add the pepper paste, spices, and ground beef, then knead well. Add the rice that has been soaked in warm water for 1 hour and rinsed. Mix gently without breaking the rice.

3.Wrap the filling in the cabbage leaves. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and ½ teaspoon of red pepper paste to the bottom of a deep pot and spread evenly. Arrange the stuffed cabbage rolls in the pot. Prepare the sauce and pour it over them.

4.Place a weight or plate on top to keep them in place. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and cook on low heat for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
