1. Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 can (21 oz) Peach pie filling (or 2 cans of sliced peaches in syrup, drained)
1 box Yellow Cake Mix (about 15.25 oz)
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
Instructions:
Spread the peach pie filling evenly in the bottom of the 9x13 dish.
Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the peaches (do not stir).
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
2. Cherry Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 can (21 oz) Cherry pie filling
1 box Yellow Cake Mix
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
Instructions:
Pour the cherry pie filling into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly on top.
Drizzle melted butter all over the cake mix.
Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
3. Apple Cinnamon Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 can (21 oz) Apple pie filling
1 box Spiced Cake Mix (or Yellow Cake Mix + 1 tsp cinnamon)
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
Instructions:
Spread the apple pie filling evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle the spiced cake mix (or yellow cake mix + cinnamon) evenly over the apples.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake at 350°F for 40–50 minutes until nicely browned.
4. Pineapple Cobbler (or Pineapple Strawberry Cobbler)
Ingredients:
1 can (21 oz) Strawberry pie filling (or crushed pineapple, partially drained)
1 can (20 oz) Crushed pineapple (or pineapple tidbits) — optional for extra tropical flavor
1 box Vanilla Cake Mix (or Yellow Cake Mix)
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
Instructions:
Spread the strawberry pie filling (and pineapple if using) evenly in the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle the dry vanilla cake mix evenly over the fruit.
Pour or drizzle the melted butter evenly on top.
Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes until golden and set.

General Instructions (Same for All Recipes)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Use a 9x13-inch baking dish (greased or ungreased).
Bake for 40–50 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Carrot Cake
Ingredients:
- 2½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp each: baking soda, salt, cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1⅓ cups (320ml) vegetable oil
- 1 cup (220g) light brown sugar
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups (315g) grated carrots
- 1 cup (120g) chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. In another bowl, whisk oil, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Stir wet into dry just until combined. Fold in carrots and pecans.
5. Divide batter between pans. Bake 30–35 min, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch pan.
2. Mix 1½ tbsp lemon juice with milk to reach 1½ cups. Set aside.
3. Mix mashed bananas with 1 tbsp lemon juice. Set aside.
4. Beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
6. Alternate adding dry ingredients and lemon-milk to the butter mixture. Stir just until combined—don’t overmix.

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Pour melted butter into a 9.5–10" (24–25 cm) pie plate or deep cake pan. Spread to coat bottom and sides.
3. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter. Arrange pineapple slices on bottom. Halve extra slices and place along sides. Add cherries in centers and gaps. Set aside.
4. Make cake batter:
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

2. Whisk together brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, oil, mashed sweet potatoes, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Stir in the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix until just combined.
5. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 28–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Ok..... we have a problem! Someone posted this recipe on this page. I can see me overeating when I make it! It’s that good!! The recipe is 1 cup mozzarella,1 cup parmesan, 1 egg, mix well sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning put parchment paper in the cookie sheet and spray with pam oven on at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. I used 12 minutes or until the edges start to brown, then turn the broiler on for 1 minute remove from oven and enjoy. Would work for a pizza crust. It was called cheesy brea
