🤍Hi, It’s been a while… and I’m not throwing in the towel just yet! Our Happy Hillside has been my side hustle, my creative outlet, my extra income, my hobby, my excitement, photography outlet and more. But as a new mom, most of that energy is focused on my little one!! I’ve still got my Etsy shop open and I make some improvements to the house as I am able. For now Our Happy Hillside is pushed aside, but not forgotten. Who knows what I’ll end up doing with this account, but take a peek into my fall bedroom… with freshly painted black lamps and stained nightstand tops! The end of the bed has a storage bench I made pre-baby & it holds mostly sweaters and jeans. (I’ve got tiny closets!).

*History of my account:
It all started in 2014 when I learned about chalk paint and began a side hustle painting furniture. My sister and I started Shabby Tabby Salvage, and I began selling small projects online and selling shabby chic decor at craft shows. It was a blast! In 2019, my style shifted to a combination of vintage, farmhouse and boho vibes. I then chose to change my shabby chic name to Our Happy Hillside. For the majority of the last several years my account has focused on my home style and Etsy shop… for now thanks for sharing and following along! Much love, Larissa 🤍
