There’s just something wildly satisfying about watching a plain cutting board turn into something custom.

The sound of the laser, the burn marks appearing line by line, the smell of the wood… it’s basically craft therapy.

Watching the design come to life never gets old.

Progress update! 🛠️✨

I swear every project has that one stage where it suddenly goes from “random pieces on a table” to “WAIT OK I SEE THE VISION.” 👀

The leopard print bottom is officially glued on, and the top has a fresh coat of UV resin to lock in all that gorgeous glitter shine! ✨

Next up on the workstation: cutting and glueing the wording and finishing it off with the perfect bow. 🎀

Tiny victory for today: I got to break into the glitter vault. ✨

The stash that started as “just a few pretty colors” and somehow evolved into a full-blown sparkle retirement fund. I’ve been hoarding glitter for YEARS. An absolutely unreasonable amount.

So anytime a project lets me use even a little bit of it, I get entirely too excited.
Today’s project? Extra sparkly.
My craft room? Looks like a disco ball exploded.
My clothes? Permanently enchanted.

No regrets 🤷🏽‍♀️

The options on something like this are endless.
Not too bad for my first one. I have a lot to learn though.
This one isn’t weather resistant. It would be best on a covered porch or entryway to keep it looking its best.
