Last night I couldn't sleep, and this song, which I hadn't heard in over a decade, popped into my head. I loved this song as a child. I didn't know why, but I always felt total light radiating from me when I could sing and dance to it.

Each of us, I believe, seeks a peaceful existence — one that is content and calm. Through trust, wisdom, and faith, we can find the balance, peace, and harmony we are looking for.
Along life's winding road, if we seek, we shall find what is right for each of us — individually and in our own time.

A winter garden rests in silent grace,
Blanketed in white, a tranquil, frozen space.
Bare, silver branches etched against the sky,
Where autumn's vibrant colors used to fly.
The roots are dreaming deep beneath the frost,
A peaceful pause, where busy life is lost.
Beneath the snow, the quiet, sleeping earth,
Awaits the gentle nudge of spring's rebirth.

As we step into 2026, I'm excited to share how my sculpture practice is evolving. I've always worked from a place of truth—in my art, with my family, and with you. Recently, I found the word that captures what I've been creating all along: Authenticity. Finding this language has transformed how I understand and share my work.

This fall, I began training to become certified to teach and facilitate mindful art-making classes. This journey is crystallizing the message at the heart of everything I create: Authentic Wholeness—and what that means for each of us in our lives and spaces.

As I complete my certification this January, I'll be sharing more about:

From Philadelphia to Cape May Courthouse, The Sculpture I Am Woman - is on the move! Today, my husband and son helped me move my sculpture from the Timeline Exhibit at Laurel Hill Mansion down to Sperlak Sculpture Gardens in Cape May Court House! Thank you Philadelphia Sculptors and Laurel Hill Mansion for an awesome show. Im looking forward to the upcoming exhibit at Sperlak Sculpture Gardens!

Being granted a no-fee attendance at the Creating Healthy Communities, Arts in Public Health Convening is the best thing that could have happened to me at this moment! I have been interested in bringing the arts to the health system as a means of helping people heal for a few years now and never could get a foot hold on the sector. Instead, I’ve been studying the beneficial effects our bodies and brains have when we make art, whether through dancing, music, visual arts. And learning about Arts on Prescription in hopes that when a door opens, I’ll be ready. Well, this convening is a door and I’m excited to open it!
