Hiiii NC friends! 👋 we are back!!!

After right at 2 years the military has brought us back to North Carolina and it feels like we are home.

I’m not sure if I’ll be painting furniture heavily like I was before but I will have several pieces available over the next couple weeks that I have painted and will not work in our new/old home for now 🖤

Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem-solving program where team members present their solution at a competition to a predefined long-term problem that takes many months to compete and involves writing, design, construction, and theatrical performance.

Holden and his Odyssey of the Mind team took 3rd place at State completion and a ticket to WORLDS in Lansing Michigan.

This small group of kids have worked SO hard for this. From multiple weekly practices until 6 o’clock after a full day of school, writing a play, practicing lines, making costumes and all their props. They have earned this and I couldn’t be more proud of the hard work they’ve put into this.

We are asking for donations to help get him and his team there! Anything we raise will go towards travel, accommodations, team registration, and Holdens competition apparel.

Holden and his Odyssey of the Mind Team went to state finals in March and placed THIRD!! Now they have the opportunity to compete at WORLD FINALS at Michigan State University - May 24th thru May 29th, in Lansing Michigan. We are seeking donations to help us cover the costs associated with our travel...
