Good afternoon everyone!

During my free time up at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, I’ve been working on creating a few of the items I love to make. It’s definitely a challenge since my room gets inspected every morning, but I’m hoping the effort will be worth it.

I recently opened an Etsy shop called SharkTastic Design, where I’ve listed some of my pieces for sale. Every item is handmade still using sand, shells, and shark teeth collected from the Crystal Coast and Emerald Isle, NC.

🎄 SharkTastic Holiday Update 🎄

For the first time in 5 years, SharkTastic won’t be at the Emerald Isle Christmas Craft Show. With Dylan away at school in Massachusetts, it was too hard to make the trip home.

The good news? His school hosts a craft show every year on this same weekend, and he’s exploring it for the future—maybe SharkTastic will pop up in Massachusetts next year!

In the meantime, you can still shop SharkTastic creations at King’s Gold in the Emerald Plantation Shopping Center. 🦈✨

We’ve made it to Massachusetts Maritime Academy—Dylan’s new college home. Tomorrow is drop-off day, so we took some time to explore Cape Cod and soak in the moment.

First stop: the water. Within ten minutes of stepping onto the beach, Dylan found a shark tooth. A shark tooth! That’s incredibly rare up here, but of course, leave it to Dylan to spot one like it was no big deal. 🤣

It felt like a sign—something wild and unexpected, just like the adventure he’s about to begin.

While out on his early morning run through our neighborhoods, Dylan spotted this gem! He has an uncanny talent for finding shark teeth—he can spot them anywhere. It never ceases to amaze me! 🦈🦷‼️
