My name is Julie Osmus, and my family and I have lived in Cedarburg for 10 + years. Recently after I posted a few murals to FB, I had a lot of inquiries from people. So with a whole lot of encouragement from my family and friends I have decided to take a leap of faith and use my artistic talents to form a business. I truly want to share my passion with anyone who is interested. I do customs wall murals for children's rooms, play rooms, businesses, and homes. Basically anywhere you would want. My BA is in Fine Art, and I have been painting and creating since as long as I can remember, it is my first love. I love to create personal inspirational pieces that touch your heart. These are my families actual photos from our numerous trips to ground zero. The smell was so pungent it burned your nose and made your eyes water. The ground was to hot you had to continually lift your feet because the soles of your shoes felt like they might melt to the ground.

“We know we are not alone on what we can’t not forget !”

Weeks before 9-11 the Milwaukee Brewers organization reached out and wanted to highlight the Wisconsin 9/11 Memorial at the game on the 25th Anniversary of 9-11. One of the highlight of this horrifying day, is they asked a family member to throw out the first pitch. -the only fair way to decide on who got to do it was a coin toss between the kids.

Mia won the toss.

Here she is throwing out the first pitch on 9-11 and they played the initial video on the jumbo tron.

What a proud moment we will all remember !

We thank all of you who have reached out. I have been quiet these last two weeks. It’s just an impossible time and I appreciate all your patience.

If I see anyone tomorrow Wisconsin 9/11 Memorial and I dont get a chance to talk or I seem short, I apologize we are on a time crunch.

Andrea and all those who were murdered, and those affected are being remembered and prayed for. Prayer works miracles !

Somebody asked me in an interview, “what’s the worst thing about 9-11?” and I replied, “The worst thing about 9-11, is 9-11..”

I appreciate your patience, friendship, and grace during this time.

Hi, this is Mia, Julie’s daughter and me and my two friends have this group between the three of us where we pick a business that helps the community to donate to.

We are having a little booth at the corner of Madison and Walnut street during W**e and Harvest fest. If you would like to stop by on the 19 or 20th of September it would be greatly appreciated.

We are donating to hope (if you are interested in what it is read the posters) if you stop by we have lots of goodies we are selling that if you purchase the profits will be donated to Baskets Spreading Hope. If you have any new toys, blankets, pillowcases, and/or stuffed animals.

Or if you’re feeling really crafty any homemade or crocheted blankets, stuffed animals, or pillowcases that will also be accepted. Thank you so much we hope we see you there!

Strawberry 🍓 Festival 🌟 has been a resounding success thanks to your love and support!

We did it, and we couldn't have done it without each and every one of YOU!

Our hearts are full, but our bodies are a little weary 😮‍💨.

We're taking a short break to recharge and refuel, but don't worry, we'll be back stronger than ever in just few days .... so, get ready for a spectacular recap soon!
