Love how a few minor changes can make such a dramatic difference in the functionality and appearance of a room!

My favorite part is the custom cabinet that provides a ton of storage for items that would have otherwise been on display in the prior setup.

Custom cabinets, require custom solutions and that can be difficult when the project is so close to being complete!

Inside corners can be tricky and the common thought is to cut two 45 degree angles and call it a day. Unfortunately, most corners are not a perfect 90 degree angle so it will leave a gap.

Instead, I would cut a straight edge on one piece of trim and then a 45 degree angle that has been coped. I’m happy to show how it’s done, let me know if you’d like to see and follow for more woodworking and diy projects.

Cabinet doors installed and the laundry room is starting to come together! Just need to add the trim, crown moulding and handles.

The laundry cabinet is ready for doors and I’m so excited about how it’s turned out! Using the jig helped streamline the process and ensure consistency across the doors.

Let me know what you think of the progress so far and follow for more woodworking and diy projects!
