The Muppet Christmas Carol is our family’s very favorite! It’s a Lockdown Day tradition (see previous post).
We happen to have a fabulous baker in the family, , who surprised us with these cookies to help us celebrate!

After all there’s only one more sleep til Christmas… ❤️

December 23rd. The day before Christmas Eve to most.
A sacred Christmas tradition in the Hoffmann family. ❤️

Every year, on 12/23, we celebrate “Lockdown Day.” Lockdown has been a celebrated family tradition for many, many years. It’s a day of zero electronics (other than Christmas movies), games, exchanging gifts, and simply being together without distraction.
We’ve joyfully passed this tradition on to new members of our family who have adopted it with matched enthusiasm!

💚 Soak in the moments with your loved ones this Christmas (and p.s. this is your reminder to just smile for the photos, even if you hate the camera)!

12/21/2025

We celebrated our annual Grinch party this evening!

The Grinch party has been a favorite tradition for more than 30 years! It became a smaller gathering in recent years, but it’s growing once again as more little ones join our Framily. 💚

If you ever attended, do you still shout “boo hiss” when you watch the cartoon? 🤭
