I don’t complain much…but VIASAT internet service is a scam and has a terrible customer service team. I cancelled it 4 days after I got it because it was slower than my previous provider even with an extender. They never cancelled the internet on thier end and charged me for a month. I called and nicely reminded them of the cancellation and I would like a refund. Unfortunately they did not cancel, kept it on and will not refund me for the services that I terminated but for the services they never turned off. I spoke with a representative and a supervisor, told them the guy lyed to me about the speed and the monthly payment.
DO NOT CALL THEM AND TRUST THEM FOR ANY SERVICES.
