This is another piece that I received from my friend at The Pink closet ( ) as she was cleaning out an apartment. It's not my normal style at all, but I decided to highlight the sunburst detail with these amazing pulls that I found on Amazon and pick a gorgeous green from - Alexandra's Harbor. And ai just love how the sheen of the paint plays on that incredible moulding on the top!

rather than try to downplay all of this girl's curves, I decided to totally embrace them! I picked a gorgeous, girly color (totally not my norm, but I love it!), kept her pretty little shell detail, chose an amazing wallpaper from Amazon all to her femininity!

What happens when you give yourself an unrealistic deadline? A whole lot of stress, a little bit of panic, and a few unexpected setbacks (paint doesn't set up quickly in super cold weather).
I set out to refinish this set in 24 hours, but Mother Nature had other plans.
Did I make it? Nope. But I did finish in 48 hours, and let's just say... it was worth the struggle!
But I'll also say, l'll never do that again!

this set was in rough shape! As I was picking it up, the veneer was coming off in my hands! But just look at them now! The process was long, but the stain is general finishes nutmeg, and the accent paint is wise owl's jet black.
And the wallpaper is from Amazon

This lovely vanity has had quite a journey. The person I got it from found it in a thrift store painted yellow. She had plans to refinish it, but never fully got it there. So when I got it, it was half stripped, had a laminate top and big bulky hardware that was not original
I had to continue the stripping process, and I put veneer on top of the laminate. ThenI tan washed and put a decorative glaze on the whole piece. inside a drawer, I found a bag of hardware that I don't believe was original, but looks perfect on the piece.
The mirror is foggy and the piece is imperfect, but I love it. It's a gift for my teenage daughter and I'm so happy to keep it in our home!

Hoping the 2nd time's a charm. I had previously refinished these Lane end tables that I literally pulled from a dumpster.
But they never sold. So hopefully a fresh coat of paint in Shade Green by will help.

From drab to FAB! This once sad, brown cabinet is now a stunning bar cabinet that demands attention. ✨ With gold legs, sleek gold hardware, a motion-sensor light for that extra touch of luxury, and bold black-and-white wallpaper, it’s officially the life of the party. 🖤🤍 The half-dowel detailing added the perfect dose of texture, bringing this piece to the next level. This big beauty was found broken and bruised in a thrift store, missing decorative trim at the bottom of the piece, the whole backer board and with a multitude of dings all over the top. But those details and the hardware...I just HAD to save it!

zinsser primer

Now she is an absolute classic in Navy and Gold!

Gorgeous in green!!

This simple mid century modern hutch got a makeover in a mixture of Earthen Ash & Overland Green. I added half dowels (quite honestly because the veneer was so thin and was chipping along several edges) and lovely wall paper from . I also added oak veneer to the shelves (that might be a story for another time)

I found this little beauty hiding under a desk at a thrift store last week and I had to take it home and lighten it up a bit! I just couldn't pass up that wood grain and that hardware! 😍😍

I knew as soon as I saw this that it would be a perfect piece for the furniture flipping challenge! It required so many repairs! And then I sanded, tan-washed and glazed it. I replaced all the hardware. Added a gorgeous furniture transfer from . And then added peel and stick wallpaper with a green sack look to it to the interior of the drawers. And now it's perfectly imperfect. ❤️

This gorgeous vintage Drexel dresserhas been painted in Alabaster by Wise Owl and gorgeous wallpaper by Spoonflower was added to the interior of the doors. The amazing hardware is original to the piece. Simply beautiful.
