Loving how this full primary bathroom remodel is coming along! So much beautiful marble tile. We added a window in the shower and a tub for 2! I know these clients will be so thrilled with their new spa like bathroom for many years to come.

This living room was designed for all of it. The dinner parties that go later than planned with good friends and the three dogs who have already claimed their favorite spots on the sofa.

That is the thing about a well designed living room. It does not just look beautiful. It holds everything your life actually looks like: the people you love, the chaos you cherish, and the quiet moments in between.

This is what I design for at Bieze Design. Not a room you are afraid to live in but one that gets better every time you do. If you want a living room that works as hard as your life does, let us make that happen. Send us a DM and let us start the conversation.

Dark, moody, and completely intentional.

Not every beautiful room is light and airy and this one is proof of that. There is something about a deeply saturated space that feels like a room that knows exactly what it is. Confident, calm, and completely intentional. This room was designed around the idea that drama does not have to mean cold and that a dark palette done right feels like the coziest place in the house.

If you have always been drawn to something a little more moody and have been talking yourself out of it, I want you to know that instinct is worth exploring. Some of the most stunning homes I have designed started with a client who finally gave themselves permission to go bold.

Let us talk about what that could look like for you. Visit the link in our bio to book your consultation.

Today we pause and remember the ones who made it possible for us to call a place home.

Home means something different to everyone. But today we are reminded that the freedom to gather in our homes, to feel safe in them, to fill them with the people and things we love most, is something that was fought for.

On this Memorial Day, Bieze Design pauses to honor the men and women who gave everything so we could have that, and especially to my father who served in the Vietnam War and my grandfather who served in WWII. We are deeply grateful. Wishing you a meaningful day with the people who matter most to you.

I say this with so much love for every homeowner I have ever worked with: please stop designing your home for a hypothetical future buyer. I know resale value is an important consideration and feels like the responsible thing to think about. But you cannot predict the future and you can absolutely choose what brings you joy right now.

The clients who give themselves permission to go with what they truly love end up with homes that feel incredible to live in every single day. And in my experience, those are also the homes that leave a lasting impression when it does come time to sell.

Design for your life first.

The best rooms in a home are the ones that make you want to stay a little longer and invite having friends and family to gather.

When a space is designed with that kind of intention it becomes one of the most important rooms in the house.

What's the room that you find friends and family gather most in your home?

When clients come to me with a breakfast nook on the list I always know they'll be happy with the change because this is one of those spaces that people consistently underestimate. It is small. It is often tucked into a corner. But it has the potential to become the most used and most loved spot in the entire house when it is designed with real intention.

This client wanted a place where they could gather for morning coffee with each other or with friends. Not just pass through. So we designed it to be exactly that: warm, comfortable, and inviting enough to make everyone want to stay a little longer. That is what thoughtful design does for a home.

If there is a space in your house that has been underperforming, I would love to help you see what it could become. Visit the link in our bio to book your free consultation to start the conversation.

Not everyone wants organic modern. This is what I designed for a client who wanted something a little more classic with a contemporary edge.

Every client comes to me with a different vision and that is exactly how it should be. This Chapel Hill homeowner knew she did not want anything too modern or too traditional.

She wanted something in between: classic bones, contemporary edge, and a space that finally felt as polished and intentional as the life she lives in it. That is transitional design done right.

It is timeless without being stiff and current without being trendy. The result is a living room she is genuinely proud to walk into every single day. If you have been searching for that feeling in your own home, let us find your version of it together.

This is what a Chapel Hill living room looks like when every single decision is made with intention.

Every single thing in this room was chosen for a reason. The scale of the furniture. The way the lighting sits in the space. The textiles that add warmth without adding clutter. The finishing details that make it feel like it could not belong to anyone other than this family.

That is what intentional design looks like and it is the only way I know how to work.

Nothing in a Bieze Design project ends up in a room by accident. If your living room has been missing that feeling of everything being exactly right, I would love to help you find it. Visit the link in our bio to book your consultation to start the conversation.

This project is one of my favorites because of how completely it changed the way this family experiences their home. The living room was not in bad shape before we started. It just never felt quite finished or cohesive. The fabrics didn't complement each other and the scale was off.

We came in with a transitional design direction, directed by their heirloom area rug: classic enough to feel timeless, contemporary enough to feel fresh, and completely tailored to this specific family and this specific home. The difference is the kind you feel the moment you walk through the door.

If your living room has been feeling stuck for a while, you do not have to keep living with that. Send us a DM today and let us talk about what your space is capable of.
