Leg fit and finish; found a 0.001" interference fit produced the best compromise between rigidity and ability to assemble. Came awful close to glue pressure setting early before fully assembled, out came the bfh 😅

Definitely my favorite holds I've made so far. Free hand with a bandsaw, jointer, and big disc sander. All the angles and character from an old throw away/firewood black walnut beam. Going to make quite a route on the newly expanded homewall with 3 new cracks. Have 4 more feet and possibly a small chimney to go.
