It was a bit difficult to get started today. Lots of things going on and some days are just like that. I did manage to get an Easter dinner together…pork tenderloin with a Dijon cream sauce, asparagus and radish salad, cauliflower au gratin and of course some deviled eggs. It was actually very lovely. It’s hard to cook for just two, but we’ll have another dinner tomorrow. Hope everyone had a Happy Easter! 💕
