What a day!!

Gallaudet Homecoming 2026 was a HUGE success for Apricity Creations, and I am so grateful. Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth, shopped, and supported my little business — I appreciate every single one of you.

The best part was seeing my former students and so many familiar faces, and making new friends too. That filled my heart.

And despite the cold weather, the sun finally decided to come out and warm us up for a little while — and it was so worth it.

I will definitely be back next year! Tomorrow is my day to rest and restore my energy. Thank you, Gallaudet!

I gave my dotting tools a spa day!

**Before:** All dressed up in paint and looking so cute.
**After:** Clean, shiny… and completely naked without their paint!

Don’t worry, my little dotters — Mama will have you covered in paint again soon.

Artist problems: even my tools become artwork.

This hand-painted dot artwork is created with thousands of individually placed dots, each carefully applied to build depth, texture, and detail. The eagle's intense eye is brought to life with precise shading, while the head features smooth tonal transitions that give it a realistic look. The body feathers are the highlight of the piece, with intricate layering and varying dot sizes creating remarkable texture and dimension. The American flag blends seamlessly into the composition, making this a unique piece that reflects patience, precision, and countless hours of dedicated craftsmanship. Diameter: 12 inches.
