A new "turn" in my focus is mental health. So, I will redo all of my SM and website to reflect its importance for men, women, and kiddos. The site is "UNDER CONSTRUCTION," So please excuse the mess you will see until I get everything I want. I decided to do this because after 11 years in the Navy, I struggled with my mental health, and I saw so many others who struggled in silence, and some took that silence to the grave. Please join me on this journey of uncovering unpleasant facts and spreading awareness. Thanks for your support and patience
