Team Spotlight: Meet Ashley Sutton! 🧦🏠

If your Elieff Brothers project has been running smoothly lately, there's a good chance Ashley had something to do with it.

She joined us two months ago as our Production Coordinator, the person who makes sure crews, materials and schedules all land in the right place at the right time.

📍 Hometown: Mason, born and raised. Her parents still live in the same house she grew up in. Lifelong Michigander, through and through.

🔨 Before Elieff Brothers: She worked for another construction company, so she showed up already knowing how a job really comes together.

🚗 Weekends: In her words, she spends her life driving her high schoolers all over and feeding them non-stop. LOL. Parents, you know exactly what that's like.

🧦 Something nobody here knew: Ashley LOVES socks. She has hundreds of pairs. We're now very curious which pair she's wearing on any given day.

💪 Favorite part of the job: Helping people get good quality work.

🏡 Her advice for homeowners: Learn the difference between a manufacturer warranty and a workmanship warranty. And keep asking questions until you're comfortable. That's what she's here for.

❤️ "Most people don't realize that…" kindness is free.

Welcome to the team, Ashley! Drop a 🧦 in the comments to say hi!

Steve Elieff has filmed more commercials than he can count. 🎥

Harvey, our GM, has filmed... this one. 😂

We brought Harvey in front of the camera for the first time, and let's just say Steve got plenty of practice being patient.

Here's a little behind-the-scenes blooper from our latest shoot.

The real commercial is coming soon. We promise Harvey nails it... eventually. 🔨🏠

Tuesdays are Sodee’s day to come to work and I’m pretty sure she looks forward to it as much as we do. ❤️

She walks in like she owns the place, makes her rounds, gets plenty of love from everyone, and somehow makes the whole office a little happier just by being there.

There’s just something about having a dog around that makes a busy workday better. Sodee loves her Tuesdays at Elieff Brothers Roofing—and everyone here loves having her.

… although her productivity could use some work. 😂🐾

Apparently, Oona came to work today and immediately became the most popular employee in the building. 😂🐶

Melissa and Ashley were caught giving her all the love… and if you look closely at Ashley’s face, yes, those are stickers.

Don’t ask. 😂

Just another normal day around here with Oona stealing the show.

TEAM SPOTLIGHT: Meet Melissa 👋

Melissa joined us about a month ago as our Administrative Assistant, and she's already made herself impossible to do without.

She's a Michigan lifer — grew up in Marshall, lives in Bellevue now — and came to us after nearly seven years in office administration. Handling accounts payable, customer service, and employee support, and keeps the day-to-day running.

Weekends are for family, camping, and side-by-side riding. She's also brand new to the empty nest club — her only child just started at MSU majoring in psychology. In her words: "I'm one proud parent!"

Two things nobody here knew until now: she's scared of the dark, and she's a Swiftie. Her quote, not ours: "Yes, I'm a Swiftie." 🎤

Favorite part of the job? The people. "Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. The people really are what make this job special to me."

And her advice for any homeowner about to start a roofing or siding project: do your research, and know that the cheapest estimate isn't always the best deal. Ask questions.

Melissa says most people don't realize she wears her heart on her sleeve — around here, we figured that out in about a week. Welcome to the crew. 💚

Training by day… baseball by night! ⚾️🏠

The Elieff Brothers crew spent the day in Detroit sharpening their skills with **Brava training** — and figured we might as well have a little fun afterward at the ballpark!

👈 **Left:** Pat — Superintendent
⚾ **Middle:** Imad — Roof Specialist
👉 **Right:** Blake — Sales Manager

A little roofing knowledge, a little team bonding, and some Detroit baseball. Not a bad way to spend a Wednesday!

We work hard, keep learning, and every once in a while… we trade shingles for peanuts and baseball. 😂⚾️

**It’s Brotha Time!** 🏠💪

🏆 BACK-TO-BACK CHAMPS 🏆

Lansing, you did it again — Elieff Brothers has been voted #1 in Roofing, Siding. 🥇

We'd love to say we're surprised, but honestly? Our crews have been climbing ladders in 20° wind chills and 90° July sun since 1993, and we weren't about to let that streak go.

To every homeowner who voted, referred a neighbor, or handed our guys a cold drink on a hot roof — this one's yours. 🙌

Ready to see what #1 looks like on your house? Free estimate, no pressure: 517-627-7999 -- Open 24hrs

🔥 Hot enough for ya, Michigan? 🔥

Between the heat and the haze rolling down from the Canadian wildfires, it's been a rough stretch out there. But you know what hasn't stopped? Our crews. Roofs are still going on, one after another, and these guys are absolutely crushing it in some of the toughest conditions of the year. 💪

And here's the part that made our week: we called our friends at ABC Supply to ask what a pallet of water would cost for our crews. Their answer? "No charge." Delivered it today. FREE. 🙌💧

That's what a real partner looks like. Thank you, Jeremy Burnett — our crews (and their coolers) salute you.

And to our guys out there grinding on those rooftops in this heat: THANK YOU. You're the reason we do what we do. Stay hydrated, stay safe, and keep being the best in the business. 🏠❤️
