When working on multiple spaces that are in close proximity, mood-boards are so important! This ensure all the materials are harmonious with one another. 🙌 This project involves a fully renovated Tudor kitchen, with dry bar and butlers pantry, so there have been so many surfaces to consider at once. Although I usually assist my clients remotely, via edesign, this happens to be a local project, so I’m thrilled to be able to see this one come to life in person! 🥂 My client has been such a pleasure to work with. Once she told me her favorite colors were green, black and natural wood tones, she totally won me over! 😻

No changing table? No problem.
I’ve found almost any sturdy, flat surface can work, and will have much more longevity for use later on. In fact, this IKEA shelf even fit a standard changing pad topper perfectly. If you have a dresser that doesn’t seem high enough, remember you will gain about 3 inches with your topper. And you can always add peg legs to the bottom of your furniture to give you a little more height if needed. 🙌

One of the things I didn’t have with my first baby, was a comfortable glider. So I was thrilled to add the ( ) Kiwi from to our nursery 🙌 We have all been fighting over it since it arrived, actually 😆Andy has already napped in it so I can tell you it’s comfy! But it’s so much more than a glider. It rocks, swivels and reclines 🤯 And did I mention there is a USB charger inside the armrest? It’s located right next to the buttons which quietly extend and retract the recline feature so you don’t have to worry about waking baby. Amazing!
This is one of those pieces that can be used in other rooms down the road, so this is some added baby gear that will actually have some longevity 🙌 // More at babyletto.com

How fun is this ( ) strawberry lamp from https://straydogdesigns.com 🍓 When I first laid eyes on it, I knew it would be so fun in this play corner.
Stray Dog Designs is doing it right; using recycled materials for their paper mache designs, all of which are made by hand, supporting local artisans, with a fair wage. We just can’t get enough of this juicy lamp 😍

It’s reveal week for the 🎉
And I got a reveal for ya 😜
I’ve been keeping this one a secret. That’s right; this is a surprise NURSERY reveal! Who participates in an ORC During their first trimester? This girl 😂 The truth is, I wasn’t ready to announce my pregnancy when the ORC started, so I decided to just fit a little and say it was a play room (kind of also true). Did I have you fooled? 😜
Although I did have nausea, fatigue and all the fun stuff, I’m actually so glad I signed up. It really kept me out of my head during what can feel like such an uncertain time. And now that the nursery is almost done, I’m really looking forward to just enjoying the rest of my pregnancy.
I’m so thrilled to have this ( ) bassinet from to complete my nursery. It transforms into a crib, and then toddler bed. How cool is that?? And I can wheel it around from room to room as needed. 🙌
This is a preview reveal. I am still waiting on two more items to arrive and want to make sure the room is just how I designed it before sharing. So, I only have the one photo for you today, but it’s a sweet one! We are so excited!

It’s week 7 of the 🎉
This week, we installed this beautiful wallpaper from . This was our first time installing wallpaper to a ceiling and it was...a lot easier than we expected! But definitely a two person job. As you can imagine, we lost feeling in our arms. No big. it’s a small sacrifice for this beauty!
