TIRAMISÙ TREVIGIANO - the original one🇮🇹🦁

Mascarpone cream

• 80g white sugar
• 30g water
• 5 egg yolks
• 500g mascarpone

Heat sugar + water to 121°C / 250°F.
Whisk yolks, then slowly pour in the hot syrup while whisking until light and cooled.

Add mascarpone and mix until smooth and creamy.
Cream ready!

Dip ladyfingers quickly in hot coffee (don’t soak).
Layer: biscuits → cream → cocoa. Repeat.

Refrigerate 6–24 hours.
