Finally finished my dad’s t shirt quilt after 4 months of starts and stops! Lots of imperfections but it’s all made by me. (I’ll send my next big quilt to a long armed!). And my binding and corners were the best I’ve ever done.

Picked up this painting at yesterday. It fits perfectly between my husband’s grandmother’s painting (left) and my grandmother’s painting (right). I don’t know who Miriam Coughenor was in ‘72, but her painting is safe with us.

Ok the more I think about it the more annoyed I get. Someone took this orange bag that was clearly labeled for Sarah at . It contained this adorable shirt I sewed for her. If you see this shirt in the wild please let us know! It has a SewBeIt tag sewn into the neckline.

Made this tank top with the pattern from . Fabric from . It was such an easy sew and it fits perfectly! I need to work on my binding technique with slippery stretchy fabrics but I’m happy with this attempt.

Love being friends with artsy people! My friend at saw this painted vintage machine and turned it into a lamp for me. It was definitely meant to be because it has the same DeLuxe made in Japan badge as my working vintage machine. And this lamp shade that my mom covered in fabric 30+ years ago matches perfectly.
