Our Story
When a hobby evolves into a passion, it becomes something you want to share with others. The Cherokee Henhouse is a home for a pastime that brings people together; after a little bit of paint, good snacks, and great laughs, you’re sent home with something all your own.
Three small-town chicks: Bonnie Mongan, Rhonda Fassler, and Julie Hering-Kent turned a workshop into a gathering place and creative space to share the fun of making farmhouse-inspired pieces that can be anything from unique decor to a thoughtful gift. Classes are hosted for all ages! Our Roosters keep the coop stocked with wood that’s cut on-site so your creation can be customized from beginning to end. There’s something for everyone to love at The Henhouse. Find more of our merchandise just down the street at Mojo’s Antique Barn in Cherokee.
