MEANINGFUL MONDAY 🍂

Little things can make a BIG difference!

A kind word. A helping hand. A thoughtful gesture. Sometimes the smallest things we do can have the greatest impact on someone else's day.

You don't have to do something extraordinary to make a difference. Just put a little love into whatever you do today. 💗

Dear Heavenly Father,

Meet Boomer — My Former Foster Puppy!

Almost two years ago, I drove three hours to a temporary fostermom working with a shelter to pick up a mama beagle named Grace and her EIGHT puppies, who were only FOUR DAYS OLD! 😳🐶

What an adventure! All eight puppies and their sweet mama eventually found loving forever homes. 🩷

Before adopting my boy Jack, I had the privilege of fostering 16 dogs over two years. Each one left a little paw print on my heart.

Boomer is one of those special pups!

His family lives about an hour away, and whenever they travel and can't take him, he comes back to visit his former foster mama. 🥰

I love watching him grow, and this visit I managed to capture his CRAZY ZOOMIES! 🤣😂

Sometimes the greatest joys in life come from the simplest moments.

Where I Am. Where I Want to Be.

Take a moment to look at your life. Appreciate how far you've come, but don't forget where you want to go.

Give yourself grace for yesterday, but don't let yesterday's disappointments become today's excuses.

Stop waiting for the perfect time.
Make the plan.
Set your priorities.
Try something new.
Take one small step.

You don't have to change everything overnight. You just have to begin.

Time keeps moving. Make today count.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Today I pray for anyone ready to make a positive change in their life.

A little history behind this sticker…

Women in the United States gained the constitutional right to vote in 1920, with the passage of the 19th Amendment. That was only 106 years ago.

For generations before that, women raised families, worked, built communities, and contributed to this country without having a voice at the ballot box. Many women fought for decades so future generations would have that right.

So when I vote, I don’t look at it as just checking a box. I see it as exercising a freedom that women before me worked very hard to secure.

Voting doesn’t have to be about politics on social media. It can simply be about participation, gratitude, and using the voice we are fortunate enough to have.
I voted today — and I’m grateful that I can. 🇺🇸

See Yourself Through God’s Eyes
We can be so hard on ourselves, focusing on what we wish we could change or how we think others see us.
But God looks deeper.

Your worth is not measured by appearance, perfection, or comparison. He sees your heart.

You are seen.
You are loved.
You are valued.

I thought I was adopting a senior dog who needed a home.

Turns out, Jack came into my life right when I needed him too. 🩷

Since New Year’s Eve, this sweet old guy has become my travel buddy, my protector, my shadow and one of the best decisions I’ve made.

From beating heartworms to camping adventures and keeping watch over me when I’m out there doing things I never thought I’d be doing alone… Jack is right there.

Funny how sometimes you think you’re rescuing them… and then realize maybe they rescued a little piece of you too.

We never really know how much those small things can mean to someone.
