I love keeping vintage charm as much as most vintage lovers, but if something old is beyond repair or just not working for you, you have permission to replace!

I couldn't have picked a better collection of bathroom fixtures for the bathrooms at the Chatham House with the Claude colllection designed by Studio McGee for Kohler. The vintage inspired detailing fits so well with the vibe of this character filled mid century house (including the vintage pink bathroom), but everything is energy efficient and works! It was a no brainer!

We are the third owners of this MCM house built in 1961 and so much is left unchanged!

These bathrooms are kids' bathrooms and a powder room.

The options are to:

1. Completely gut
2. Keep everything but either paint or wallpaper the walls
3. Replace something's like lighting, faucets, tile, etc.

👉Give me your thoughts!! Any fun color schemes you'd like to see??

It's the fire pit for me! Thanks to Ginkgo Leaf Studio for the genius design that worked so well with re-using the existing brick and adding the lannon stone circle fire pit. The landscape design compliments with our mid century modern house. It's perfect!!

👉Once all the grass grows in I'll show you the whole yard!!

I 1000% believe in the power of landscaping. Now it just needs to grow!

Thanks to Ginkgo Leaf Studio for coming up with. Fantastic landscape design for our MCM house.

A lot is happening in our backyard too that compliments the mid century modern style of our house.
