Most, but not all, of the candle manufacturers in the United States have agreed not to use lead in the wicks of candles. But more than 35% of the candles in the US are imported from China and Hong Kong and contain lead wicks where the rules and regulations do not include strict adherence to the same standards as United States candle manufacturers. These cheap, imported candles contain lead wicks that are poisoning the air you breathe that goes into your lungs and bloodstream.

No but really, lets talk about it. The importance of keeping and maintaining a steady even burn/flame is so important. But all of this comes with the proper care of your wick.

☝🏽First and foremost, trim your wicks family! And yes that means even before you very first burn. When you don’t trim your wick this can cause the flame to be extremely big. Big flame=fire hazard (and we’re trying to keep it safe). Next, let you candle burn for at least 2 hours the first time around, this ensures that you’re getting a clean and even burn.

We legit had people asking for room sprays for the longest, but of course we had to make sure they were skin friendly and stain resistant. The problem with other room/body sprays is of course all the other gray products they put into them. I mean let’s be real— you can’t even pronounce half the words on the back of the labels. YUCK! 🤯

We found that witch hazel and a splash of alcohol, does the mind, body and spirit, (don’t forget the room lol) some good!

Room/Body sprays are made for your clothes, the car, your skin, and just about any thing else you can think of.
