I know yall was wondering how I was coming for my ladies on mommas day.. so I got on my Gordon Ramsey s**t and took off. I made brown sugar rib tip pan seared Cajun buttered shrimp, stuffed jumbo shells stuffed with spinach,broccoli and cream cheese and white wine and butter sauteed green beans.. im definitely sleepy as hell now.. but I love to see my mother and my wife smile so it's all worth it..

I finally got my chance to make a red snapper.. this meal was made for my eldest sun and his girl.. lemon and butterjerked red snapper. pureed mostococolli with the deep fried fish head.. this was alot of fun to make.. I look forward to doing many more seafood dishes now..
