Bruschetta toast

INGREDIENTS:
-Sourdough bread
-EVOO
-Ricotta cheese
-Pesto (my recipe can be found on my page, or DM me)
-Bruschetta (cherry tomatoes, EVOO, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, garlic — all to taste)
-Balsamic glaze
-Pine nuts
-Crushed red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Toast a slice of sourdough bread and top all of the above — it’s that simple!

Burrata prosciutto toast 🫰🏼

INGREDIENTS:
-Sourdough bread
-Burrata
-Prosciutto
-Boars Head Hot Cappy Ham
-Fig jam
-Balsamic glaze
-EVOO
-Crushed red pepper
-Fresh basil

INSTRUCTIONS:
Toast a slice of sourdough bread and top with fig jam, heirloom tomato, prosciutto, hot cappy ham, burrata, balsamic glaze, EVOO, crushed red pepper, and basil.

Recipe: Steak & Brie Toast with Chimichurri and Fried Shallot

INGREDIENTS:
-Sourdough bread (sliced)
-Steak (I used NY Strip)
-Brie cheese (sliced)
-Shallot (sliced)
-Parmesan cheese (grated)

Chimichurri:
-Parsley (1 bunch, chopped)
-Cilantro (1 bunch, chopped)
-Garlic (3 cloves, grated)
-White wine vinegar (2tbsp)
-Lemon juice (1tbsp)
-Olive oil (1/2 cup)
-Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

For the chimichurri, combine all ingredients in a bowl.

For the fried shallots, place the sliced shallots in a saucepan with room temperature oil. Turn the burner on to medium/medium-high heat and fry until crispy. Drain on paper towels and salt immediately.

Cook the steak using your preferred method. Let rest and then slice into thin strips.

Melt the sliced brie on the sourdough bread in the oven for about 10 minutes (or until melted).

Top with steak, chimichurri, crispy shallots, and parmesan cheese.

Recipe: Pepperoni Vodka Pizza Toast

INGREDIENTS:
-Sourdough bread (sliced)
-Vodka sauce (recipe can be found on my page)
-Sourdough bread (sliced)
-Mozzarella cheese
-Parmesan cheese
-Pepperoni
-Burrata
-EVOO
-Hot honey
-Basil
-Crushed red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Toast a slice of sourdough bread and top with vodka sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and pepperoni. Place in oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and has a nice color on it.

Top with burrata, EVOO, hot honey, basil, and crushed red pepper. Enjoy!
