• My average turnaround time right now is about 3-4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. If I am able to get it done sooner, I’ll let you know. If it's going to take longer, I will let you know before your order is confirmed.

• All details should be confirmed during the order process. This includes size, colors, fonts, etc. Changes will not be accepted after the order is placed and confirmed.

• Due to the customization of these items, all deposits must be paid in full before I can begin the production process. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before you take possession. Payments can be made online via invoice by Paypal. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.

• All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds once payment is made. If you have concerns regarding a specific order, please speak with me directly.

• Please know that all items are handmade and I do not guarantee perfection. I work very hard to send out exceptional products, but there may or may not be flaws. This is due to being handmade, and wood pieces have imperfections. MY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• I will complete your order in the timeline listed, unless otherwise stated. Any questions or changes I may have, will be communicated to you.

• I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to unexpected circumstances.

• Prices may change due to custom details or sizing changes.
