I asked my guy for something thick that I could smoke and wow did he deliver! Say hello to these 2- 2 1/2” thick approx 40oz ribeyes. Thankfully one of my sons just moved back home from college to help dissapear them.

Smoked some big ole t-bones for dinner. Not much else to say but damn they were good 😁
