Cincinnati friends… we have some exciting news! ❤️

For those of you who may not be able to make the trip to Madison, we're incredibly excited to tell you that For The Love Of The Grain is back at Harper's Point!

When The Painted Tree unexpectedly filed bankruptcy in April, thousands of small businesses across the country were suddenly left scrambling. We had just 10 days to get our inventory out and were left wondering what the future would look like.

Then something pretty amazing happened.

A new company was created by former Painted Tree vendors and investors who understood firsthand what small businesses had just experienced — and they brought the concept back to the same location at Harper's Point.

✨ The Collective Boutique Cincinnati ✨

And we were thrilled to be invited back.

Even better? We got our old space back! ❤️

The soft opening was August 1st, and we're officially set up and ready for you. The Grand Opening is August 29th, but you don't have to wait — the doors are already open for shopping!

Take a little peek at our new-old space below. 👇

We are so grateful for another opportunity to share our work with the Cincinnati community, and we're excited to see some familiar faces again.

We're back. And we'd love to see you. ❤️

We spent the day in Madison restocking Grand Lodge Market… and with one quick 5-minute trip to the car, we came back to a swarm of people around our space! ❤️

We couldn't help but smile.

We are so incredibly grateful for the reception our vision has received in Madison. To see people stop, look, and connect with the space we've spent so much time creating means more than we can say.

This new chapter is already feeling pretty special, and we can't wait to see where it takes us. ❤️

We’ve been loving all the tulip colors lately 🌷

Bright, soft, bold — each one has its own personality.

Do you like the wood of soft feel grungy tulips better?

Which color combination would you pick? 💜🩷💛

A little look of what we’ve been working on lately 🌿☂️

After the chaos of the last couple weeks, it feels good to be creating again.

These floral umbrellas were some of our most-loved pieces this spring, and we’ve been working on a few new variations as we shift into spring and summer.

Each one is handmade and completely one of a kind ❤️💛💜

Which one is your favorite?

EASTER CLEAR-OUT 🐰🌷 (porch pickup)

We ended up with several Easter pieces from our booth that now need a home—and instead of packing them away for next year, we’re offering them at a discount.

We’ll be posting all available pieces in the comments below ⬇️
• Comment “SOLD” to claim
• Local porch pickup
• Pickup days: Tues and Fri 3:30pm-6:30pm, Sun 9:00am -12:00

Some items have multiples, but once they’re gone, they’re gone.

This is helping us clear space while we figure out our next steps—so every share, comment, and purchase truly means a lot right now 🤍

We’ll also be posting more non-seasonal pieces soon 👀

What a week… and honestly, we’re still trying to catch our breath.

This past Tuesday, our only sales channel—Painted Tree—shut down all locations nationwide with no notice. Just like that, thousands of small businesses (including us) lost their storefronts overnight.

What most people don’t see is what went into those spaces. The time, the money, the late nights, the pride in building something that felt like *ours*. And in a matter of days, it’s all being packed up and carried out with no place to land.

We’ve felt everything this week—frustration, anger, sadness, fear. But underneath it all, we still love what we do… and we’re not ready to let it go.

So here’s where we’re at:
We’re actively looking for a new place to land. Maybe one spot, maybe a few. In the meantime, we’re still creating, still building, and still pouring our hearts into every piece.

If you’ve ever supported us, or any small business, this is where you can make a bigger impact than you think:

• Follow our page
• Like, comment, or share our posts
• Tag a friend who loves unique, handcrafted pieces

It might seem small, but it helps more than you know—especially right now.

And if you know of any local shops, markets, or opportunities we should look into, we’d truly appreciate you pointing us in the right direction.

We’re not done. Not even close.
