Dunvegan Castle located on the Isle of Skye might be one of the most picturesque places to visit in Scotland. Every room in the castle had so much detailed craftsmanship. The gardens were amazing. Even on a rainy gloomy day, the colors popped out against the grey skies.

Going thru my photos and realized there’s quite a few stamps I’ve made the last few months that I somehow forgot about. Had the opportunity to make this one for fellow Marine S A L T O R R E S

Not all stamps need to be made from brass. I’ve tested out many materials, because at times like these, cost is very important. IMO, brass is good for a maker’s mark. For items that will be used for say 50-100 items, materials like delrin, acetal & acrylic can be had for a fraction of the cost. Especially when you step into the realm of 2”+ stamps. Just some food for thought.
