Love getting to work with Rob! He lets me throw some out of the box things at him instead of doing “just a regular flip” and his houses turn out amazing. This one is sold but he’s got two more coming up!!!

Anyone else now dying for a black and gold backsplash? Just me? Showings start TOMORROW on this gorgeous Mariemont home!

When pulled me in to design this one, I knew it was going to be special, and y’all, it doesn’t disappoint!

It’s a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a main floor primary en suite, huge garage, & new everything! Rob cares about doing good work the same way we do and I am unbelievably excited for the family that will get to call this house their home!

Y’all!!! I cannot believe we are inching up to the finish line on this LABOR OF LOVE.

The Montgomery Road project has thrown every curveball at us and we basically took her down to the studs and then some, but it turned.out.so.good 🙌

I’m dying inside a little that I can’t find most of the before pictures, so we’ll just let the after speak for themselves.

Official photos of the Cliff Ridge flip! This one is actually across the street from our own house. We purchased it from our sweet neighbor considering a few different options: remodel it for ourselves? Remodel it for family to purchase? Or just remodel and resell…. Option 3 won out. BUT- for the first time in our flipping career- we sold this finished product off market!
It got the works: new roof, new hvac, new water heater and plumbing, took out the load bearing wall and made a larger/open kitchen, new bathroom, turned the basement half bath into a full bathroom, and then did all the paint, flooring and cosmetic pretties.
Proud of this beauty…and excited to get to know the new neighbors soon!

Official post of out VaVaVarelman flip! Closing was this week and the house is officially home to a cute couple new to Cincinnati. Hoping it’s full of amazing memories and beautiful friendships and so much good for them in no time…
