From my home kitchen: Pickled Olive Fried Rice. Pickled olive is a very flavorful Chinese vegetable. No need to add much seasoning as it already contains plenty of umami flavor. I made this as a vegetarian dish with mushroom and colorful vegetables.

Chinese pastry/Mooncake. No preservatives or color added in our pastries. We use olive oil. NO canola, vegetable oil or shortening. We make all the fillings in our own kitchen so they are fresh and not overly sweet. The pastry skin is soft with delicate layers.
