A few blankets I’ve done recently. 🧶❤️

It’s always nice to take a little break from freshies and get back to making blankets—because this is actually where The Western Knot started!

Sometimes I get so busy keeping up with freshie orders that I don’t spend nearly as much time making blankets as I used to. I forget how much I enjoy creating one from start to finish.

Freshies may keep me busy these days, but blankets will always be a special part of The Western Knot. ❤️

📣 Another successful fundraiser in the books for the Clarinda Cardinal Cheerleaders! 📣

They sold an amazing 175 units, putting over $1,200 toward their booster club! ❤️🖤 Those funds help with camps, uniforms and other needs throughout the year.

A huge thank you to those that supported them by purchasing freshies. We’re always happy to support our local schools and nonprofits while helping them raise some extra money!

If you know of a team, club, school, or nonprofit looking for a fun and easy fundraiser, send them our way or share our info with them. We LOVE helping organizations reach their goals! 🥰!

Way to go, Clarinda Cardinal Cheerleaders! 📣❤️🖤

🇺🇸 Who’s ready for a WAFFLE? 🎟️

To celebrate America’s 250th birthday, this beautiful American Flag blanket is up for grabs! ❤️🤍💙

⭐ Spots: ☝🏻0️⃣ 🦌’s each

This is a 40” × 50” lap blanket that’s lightweight—perfect for summer! I used a frosted, ultra-soft yarn for the red and blue, making it incredibly cozy.

Comment with how many spots you’d like and which numbers you’re claiming!

Good luck! 🍀

❤️ Bonus: I have enough yarn to make another one, and I can customize it to the size you’d like!

Summer is such a busy time! Everyone told me I would have so much time on my hands when my kids grew up…I accepted the challenge 😅 I am busier now than when I was raising the girls. It’s nice to take a day, slow down a little and create a couple gorgeous blankets.

I have a fun red/white and blue blanket I’ll be working on next. Who would be interested in a “waffle”, $10 a spot?
