It finally happened! After 5 years of making pottery, my husband finally asked me to make him a mug. So I had to do something special for him. I’ll pass over the creative process to show you when I applied the design to the mug.

I personally created the map, all with my little head and little hands. I’m sure you can recognize some names, and use the music to understand what inspired me.

Transferring all the details took me one hour, maybe more. Now the mug is drying, waiting on the next stage (glazing), which I’ll do my best to share with you.

What do you think of this design? Would you like to have a mug made specifically for you like this one was for my husband?

Have you ever noticed that when your pet eats they're scrunched up to get to their food? That's the first two pictures, one of our cats eating and honestly my shoulders hurt for him. As they age it puts more and more stress on them.

So I gave him one of my raised bowls (that I made to specific measurements). He was funny because he was unsure of it (shown in his back legs) but after thinking about it for 2 seconds he started eating. Notice his shoulders (last 2 pictures).

So I'm switching all the 4 legged pets' bowls to raised bowls that I made.

How comfortable is your pet when eating?

How cute are these pocket planters?!?!?!
I need to find better plants for them, but I can't wait to hang them all together with an abundance of colors.
