What are you serving with a warm slice of sourdough tonight?

I’ve got beef stew slow cooking in the crockpot, and later I’m cutting myself a thick slice of classic sourdough and SLATHERING it with butter. And when I say slathered, I mean that butter better reach every corner. 😂

I was up at 4:30 this morning baking fresh sourdough for Clarksville:

🍂 Glazed Pumpkin Spice Sourdough Scones — soft, buttery, made with real pumpkin purée and warm pumpkin spice, then finished with a sweet glaze. These are probably my favorite fall scones. So good with a hot cup of coffee.

🤎 Iced Cinnamon Roll Sourdough Scones — basically a cinnamon roll and a buttery sourdough scone had a baby. 😂 Lots of cinnamon flavor with icing on top. These are a 10/10 for me.

I cut open one of my Classic Sourdough loaves so you could see the inside. Soft, chewy, and full of those little pockets that catch all that melted butter. This is the loaf that goes with just about everything.

Would you call this breakfast or dessert?

My favorite fall scones are back this morning at The Radical Relic near Exit 11 in Clarksville.

These Glazed Pumpkin Spice Sourdough Scones are soft, buttery and made with real pumpkin…not pumpkin flavoring. Then I cover them in a pumpkin spice glaze that is honestly reason enough to buy one.

They’re sweet, but not too sweet. Perfect with coffee. And I only made a small batch.

I also brought fresh Classic, Irish Cheddar, Jalapeño Cheddar, Italian Herb & Mozzarella sourdough, and more.

What happens when pumpkin bread meets a buttery sourdough scone? This. 🎃

Too soon for pumpkin spice….or have you already been waiting for it? 🎃

Because I just brought back my Glazed Pumpkin Spice Scones for the first time since last fall. Real pumpkin, warm spices, and pumpkin glaze. I only made a small batch, and I’m telling you…with a hot cup of coffee, these are a 10/10.

Clarksville sold me completely out yesterday, so I baked again and just restocked The Radical Relic (exit 11) with:

🍞 Ranch & Cheddar
🍞 Italian Herb & Mozzarella
🍞 And more fresh-baked flavors

I also made my soft, buttery Cinnamon Roll Scones….the scone for people who think they don’t like scones.

I’m a single mom baking to pay down bills and save toward a home of my own. Every sellout still blows me away. 🥹 Thank you for choosing my little hobby when Clarksville has so many choices. 🤎

But settle the debate for me: Pumpkin spice in August….YES or absolutely not?

Clarksville… WHAT are y’all doing?! 🥹😂😭

I made extra yesterday and y’all still completely sold me out at BOTH stores.

Then late yesterday afternoon I had people messaging looking for cinnamon rolls. 😭 I’m sorry, I don’t have more today, but I WILL have more this week!

👉 And little tip: if you know you’re heading to Sango Gardens or The Radical Relic and there’s something you really want, message me 2 days ahead. Cinnamon rolls, peanut butter cookies, a certain bread… I can usually make sure I bake extra for you.

And seriously, thank you. ❤️

I’m a single mom doing this little side hustle to pay bills and save toward a home of my own someday. Seeing those empty shelves yesterday meant more to me than you know.

I’m thinking pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls made with real pumpkin, plus my pumpkin spice scones with cinnamon and pumpkin glaze. They’re one of my favorite scones!

Are you taking the soft, gooey cinnamon roll from the center…or the one on the edge with all that caramelized cinnamon sugar? 👀

Either way, Saturday mornings were made for warm, buttery sourdough cinnamon rolls covered in homemade vanilla bean icing.

I made a small batch this morning, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
