“I don’t need that many cleaning products.”

“There’s no way I’d go through that much cleaning and laundry stuff every month.”

“I couldn’t possibly do 35 points in cleaning products alone.”

Honestly, those are all valid concerns.

And guess what? I haven’t reordered most of my cleaning and laundry products yet either! They’re concentrated, so they last much longer than many people expect.

I have ordered more MelaPower laundry scents because to we are getting close to our scented laundry detergent being gone. Now we’ve completely switched over to the non-toxic MelaPower option (unscented for little Quinn and scented for the rest of the kids.)

What used to be a healthier option may not be anymore.

Over the years, many well-known brands have been acquired by larger companies. While the packaging often stays the same, the ingredients inside don’t always follow suit.

Unfortunately, ingredient lists can change quietly, and unless you’re taking the time to read labels and do your own research, it’s easy to miss what’s really changed.

This isn’t about fear—it’s about being informed.

The more we learn, the better choices we can make for ourselves and our families. Don’t assume a product is the same just because the brand name hasn’t changed.

Pool Day Mom Hack!

One thing that has made pool days so much easier for me is adding a Bogg Bag insert organizer to my bag!

Instead of digging through towels, snacks, drinks, sunscreen, and all the random kid necessities, everything has its own spot. 🙌

19 years! This year will be 19 years. He has been gone longer than he was here. Wrapping my brain around that is hard. I have avoided this area for 19 years. Today I had a small victory. Although very painful.

Forgive not forget. It took me a long time to get to the point of forgiveness. I was always taught to forgive and forget and move on. If I were to cut someone out of my life I was not forgiving them and I would never heal. But over time I have learned keeping that person in my life was not good for my healing and my heart. The fear that they could do it again. Having them around all the time was just a reminder about the pain and turmoil they caused all because they wanted things that were not theirs to begin with. I had been hurt and angry for some time and I finally had to forgive myself. Letting myself get in to that situation. Learning that I did everything I could and it wasn’t me. It was their greed. The lessons I have learned will never be lost. I now know how to protect my children and keep them safe. Watching today and how she forgives him.

WOW - Absolutely amazing!

To have her strength would be amazing. I am now trying to heal my relationship with god. I have been angry for some time with god with the passing of my parents and only brother, why I had to go through this. Why I had to be put in this situation of loosing my entire family. Why my kids now don’t have grandparents. They didn’t get any time with their uncle.

Healing my heart and my relationship with god is going to take time.
