Northeast Factory Direct is growing and we're looking for additional designers to build out our team! We design roughly 3,000 kitchens a year, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, appliances, closets, hardware, and backsplash tile, all under one roof at factory direct prices. We're growing, and we're looking for good people to grow with us.
This is a people-first role. You'll sit down with homeowners, investors, and contractors, listen to what they need, and design a space that fits their style and their budget...from first sketch to final selections. Not pressure sales. Real design work, backed by the fast lead times and the best prices in the area.
No design degree required. We value the right instincts and work ethic over credentials. Bring the people skills and the passion, and we'll teach you the rest.
Full-time and part-time positions open across our Northeast Ohio showrooms (Cleveland, Euclid, Macedonia, and North Canton)
Send your resume and a brief note about why you'd be a great fit to [email protected] — or stop into any showroom and ask to speak with a manager.
*This is an in-person job position.
Save this post or send to someone you know who might be a great fit!
