Add a splash of color to your dessert table with these beautiful homemade macarons! 🌈🍬

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
3 large egg whites (room temperature)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Food coloring (variety of colors)
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar (for filling)
1-2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Sift the almond flour and powdered sugar together into a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the almond flour mixture into the egg whites until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Divide the batter into separate bowls (one for each color you want to make). Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and fold in gently.
Transfer the colored batter into piping bags. Pipe small circles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Let the piped macarons sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, or until a skin forms on the surface.
Preheat the oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C). Bake the macarons for 15-20 minutes, or until they are set and can be easily removed from the parchment paper.

Make your day colorful with these homemade Rainbow Jelly Candies! 🌈🍬 Perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients:

3 cups fruit juice (divided)
2 tablespoons gelatin powder (unflavored)
1/2 cup sugar
Food coloring (variety of colors)
Silicone molds or a baking dish

Directions:

Pour 1 cup of fruit juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and divide the mixture into separate bowls (one for each color you want to make).
Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and stir well to combine.
Pour the colored gelatin mixtures into silicone molds or a baking dish. If using a baking dish, you can cut the gelatin into shapes later.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gelatin is set.
Remove the gelatin from the molds or cut into shapes if using a baking dish.

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
For the Frosting:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut, for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla and coconut extracts.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the coconut milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
Fold in the shredded coconut.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and smooth the tops.

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ounce bittersweet chocolate, grated (optional)

Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until thick and pale.
Add the mascarpone cheese to the egg mixture and beat until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
In a shallow dish, combine the coffee and coffee liqueur (if using).
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

2 cups granulated sugar

3 large eggs
2 cups whole milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the mochiko, sugar, and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the whole milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and coconut milk.

Creamy Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup shelled pistachios
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
5 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Green food coloring (optional)
Directions:

In a food processor, grind the pistachios and 1/4 cup of the sugar until fine.
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and ground pistachio mixture. Heat over medium heat until it just begins to simmer, then remove from heat. Let it steep for 30 minutes.
Strain the pistachio milk through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Return the milk to the saucepan and add the cream. Heat until just simmering.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and remaining sugar. Gradually pour the hot pistachio milk into the egg mixture, whisking constantly to temper the eggs.
Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract, and food coloring, if using. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

1 cup brown sugar, packed
4 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup brandy or rum
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
1 cup mixed dried fruit (raisins, currants, chopped dates, and chopped dried apricots)
1/2 cup candied cherries, chopped
1/2 cup candied pineapple, chopped
Directions:

Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Grease and line a 9-inch loaf pan or a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with orange juice, molasses, and brandy or rum, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
Fold in the nuts, dried fruit, candied cherries, and candied pineapple.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top of the cake begins to brown too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil.
