At TK Beef, we don’t just sell beef, we raise animals with purpose from start to finish. We’re an animal first operation, not a middleman, and we believe honoring the whole animal matters.

Because we harvest nose to tail, our job doesn’t stop at the “popular” cuts. It’s on us to make sure every part of that animal is valued, used, and appreciated. When ribeyes are gone, we see it as an opportunity to slow down, visit with y’all, learn how you cook, and introduce you to a cut you may not have tried yet but just might fall in love with.

It’s hard seeing nutrient rich, beautifully raised cuts passed over simply because they don’t have a flashy name. Every cut in our freezer comes from animals that are locally raised, hormone free, preservative free, and dye free. Popularity doesn’t determine worth - care does.

That animal was raised with intention and respect, and its purpose was to feed our community and their families. We believe that responsibility extends to every piece, not just the ones everyone recognizes.

We genuinely love talking with y’all and helping you feel confident cooking something new.
