I started crocheting in 2012 and I’ve come a long way since then.

Making stuffed animals is my passion. There are so many critters to make! Hey guys! My name is Nicole and I love to do anything crafty.. I started making hats towards the end of my first pregnancy (june 2012) just as something to do. I ended up making around 100 hats in a couple weeks which I ended up bringing with me to the hospital and donating so all the new babies would have a cute little hat

to wear home. I am pretty new to crocheting.. I'm not a pro by any means. I can though, look at a picture of a finished product and do my best to duplicate it, or better yet if there's a pattern out there it would make my work that much easier. I do work 2 jobs and have a toddler, so I don't have a lot of time.. but it doesn't take me too long to complete a hat. I mainly have this page to get the word out for myself that I love making hats for babies and kids and the occasional adult. I love seeing their reactions to my hats and just seeing them wear something I made. SO in a nut shell. I love to crochet and want to make a little extra cash so if you know someone with children and think they need a cute custom handmade hat send them my way! Also, don't forget to tag me in photos of my hats being worn! That's the real reason why I make hats, so I can see people wearing them :)

Spent the day (9am-7pm) up in Tolland at Girl Scouts camp Yankee Trails! I helped to teach a crocheting class then spent the rest of the day crocheting some cute critters. Along with these two loaf kittens, I made 5 tiny turtles and 5 tiny stingrays (and a couple cute little things for Elexa 😂😂)
So in all it was SUCH a fun day. Many many laughs and I’m so ready for bed!

Next weekend is supposed to be my first craft fair of the year, weather permitting! Hopefully it isn’t crummy weather 🤞🏻
