Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped once payment is received or cleared. Orders under $25 are shipped via USPS which will provide a confirmation # for you to track your package. Refunds and Exchanges

**Delicate/Fragile Items**
All items are carefully packaged to survive the US postal system, but accidents can happen. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a description of the damage (photos are appreciated!), and I will do what I can to replace it for you. Do you want a custom painting? Please email me your request and I'll send you a quote, I'll be happy to create a special painting just for you. A 50% deposit is required to secure your custom order. Within 1-2 weeks, depending on the line ahead of you, I start on your painting. After it is finished, I email you a photo of the painting for your approval.
