Our Girl Tammy doesn't play when it comes to our Medic Tea! She drinks it daily to keep her inflammation down but one of her kids passed her some germs and as soon as that congestion hit and she knew exactly what she needed! She wasn't running out, especially not now!

Was supposed to be creekside today but the weather caused cancellations...

I slipped in wet Crocs yesterday and did the splits. Pretty sure I may have torn my Achilles tendon, my hamstring, and maybe an anterior labram tear or something in my hip and some sprains. The pain was excruciating so I'm staying in bed with heat and ice, meds, our Medic Tea and Knot Today.
