What is one of the most important steps in making soft fluffy cinnamon rolls & sandwich bread?

Gluten development 💗 whether by hand or by mixer (I loveee my ) you CAN’T skip this step unless you want dense bread!

➡️ Twin Grace has started a new job as a preschool teacher! She doesn’t get a fall break, therefore is not providing pies this year. But DON’T FRET! The lovely ladies at SpringField already have a solution!!!

Slowly adjusting to my new kitchen & thought it would be a good idea to drop some bread off at Springfield Farm TOMORROW! Their store is open from 11am-5pm. Plain, rosemary, soft cinnamon raisin available. (No holds, if you sell me out, I’ll bake MORE next week & then open my preorders)

My final bake before we move out of the house that’s been ours for 7 years now. It’s really bittersweet leaving my brand new kitchen remodel BUT we’re out of space and ready for something new 💚 Showings start 9/4 for anyone interested!

Thanks to all that have supported me in this kitchen & I can’t wait to progress more in the next! See y’all hopefully late September for more Mac’s and sourdough!
