We reached the point recently where we recognized a desperate need for a trailer. We sold an engraver we didn’t use anymore and with some of our income we took a big leap. We don’t have to cram stuff in the back of the truck, and when we go on longer trips - like to our market in in July- we will have plenty of space to take lots of stuff to sell beyond just coffee. Now, just have to learn to back it. (Only took four tries to get it in the driveway!)
Oh- and be on the lookout for our first in June. May or may not be connected to a certain family garage sale to make room for a trailer in the garage.

Today we’ve got four coffee pots brewing nonstop for our iced coffee and tomorrow we will fire them up again. We are doing a soft open of our coffee cart tomorrow for and so it’s going to be a crazy 24 hours! So thankful for the opportunity to donate our coffee to our fellow teachers and get the opportunity to learn about running a coffee cart!

Meet the Adirondack- our rum infused coffee. Sharing the base blend of beans we use for Bitterroot and Appalachian, this coffee is great on its own, but is a natural choice to augment with some sweet creamers and syrups. In addition, we are rolling out our first sampler- the Peaks. 12 k cups- 4 Appalachian, 4 Bitterroot, and 4 Adirondack- all for $15. More samplers coming soon, including Sunrise (our most “breakfasty” roasts) and Foothills- our “all in” sampler with two of each of our six roasts.
