Great review from Ian... "Super Steam makes carpets super clean! We, sadly, haven't had our carpets cleaned for . . . a while. We had high traffic areas that were painfully obvious and an alfredo sauce stain that was quite old. But you wouldn't know any of that now that Super Steam did their clean! Joe did a spectacular job!

The great experience actually started with the quote. I filled out the online form fairly late in the evening--definitely after normal business hours. Yet within 15 minutes I received a quote, and it stood up against what larger, national companies provided with their computer generated quotes! Not only did I get my quote, but Nancy answered multiple questions and got me scheduled.

Joe arrived on time, having first texted that he was on his way. He looked over the job, and was able to add a small room for a reasonable fee that I'd forgotten to request when getting the original quote. Joe was diligent in his work, very thorough, and very careful. For example, he put an old towel (his) around a door frame that his hoses would likely rub against--protected our paint!

I would definitely hire Super Steam again!"
