Being able to make for such an organization in times like these gives me hope.

Teachers bring clarity of mind and light the pathway forward for so many of us.

I hope these scents ( pathway and clarity) continue to connect us not just to ourselves but to the collective.

Someone asked if I had a scent for these crazy and overwhelming times to add in a few care packages.

I actually have a few!

This week, I'll try to make a few posts about different scents I carry for those looking to find some literal light in dark times.
A big part of intention work is emotion, so I'd start by asking
what phase of this emotional process are you in?

Ascension is a scent that helps me when with the bigger questions like "what went wrong" and looking towards spirit for where to step next.

Pink pepper awakens and realigns.
Vetiver can be heady while it softly grounds and stabilizes.
Lapis lazuli helps to clear and connect the crown chakra to your source.

Last week, I had the opportunity to teach my third scent/candle pouring workshop at .artsandcrafts. I can't tell you how exciting it is to watch people explore and create something that connects to their senses. Smell is so powerful but so often overlooked. I'm looking forward to offering more of these workshops at and out in the community.
